We have in stock medium and high density foam up to 150mm thick. Also stock Memory Foam 25mm to 50mm thick.

Other Sizes can be ordered. All foam can be cut to the size that suits and gluing is also available.

This foam is ideal for seating, outdoor furniture, beds, cuchions, even lining equipment cases.

Supply us with your dimensions and a brief description of your anticipated use and we can help you to choose the foam required for the job and cut it to size. Custom made mattresses, seating, pillows  and wedges for the caravan, camper, truck, boat or home furniture are regular requests. Gluing and covering with a range of options can also be arranged.

Closed cell foam is suitable for heavy equipment, support and flooring coming in the colours of blue, black and white and in a range of thicknesses. Closed cell foams are waterproof and buoyant which make them suitable for applications requiring a moisture barrier.

They have excellent shock absorbing capabilities and the black foam is resistant to most common chemicals including petrol. It can also be used for camp mats, yoga mats, instrument cases, gaskets and seals, spa covers, boat seats and other marine applications.

The acoustic foam is perfect for sound dampening, its convoluted profile of acoustic foam has been created to provide more surface area for the absorption of sound waves and vibration. The egg crate foam shape reduces noise deflection in home theatres, studios, music rooms and workshops.

Filter Foam is commonly used in air and water filters around the home, filter foam goes through a special manufacturing process to remove the cell membrane, leaving the foam suitable for water and air to pass through while stopping small particles. There are so many different uses for filter foam including aquariums, clothes dryers, air conditioners, ducted heating intake vents and water tank inlets.

Crumbed foam is commonly used for stuffing and filling. Great for use in large floor cushions or pillows, crumbed foam is a mixture of foam qualities chopped into small chunks. Crumbed foam is available in 5 kg bags.
